CUSTOM OUTDOOR

Lightwave Laser now offers a wood for outdoor use. This material can be used for a variety of applications, including:

• Panels for privacy screens or outdoor rooms
• Deck railings
• Awnings
• Signs
• Lighting

The wood resembles MDF and must be painted. It is ½” thick and is shipped with a primer already applied. It will not warp or absorb water. In addition, the wood has a class C fire rating and is formaldehyde free.

Pricing—Pricing varies depending on several factors, including artwork preparation time, laser cutting detail, and quantity ordered. Please contact us for a quote. For ballpark pricing, there is a $100 setup fee, artwork preparation is $65 per hour and the finished wood is $10 - $18 per square foot (depending on quantity and artwork detail).
