CUSTOM PAPER

We have provided laser cutting services to companies such as Nickelodeon, UNICEF, and Industrial Light and Magic. In most cases, we work with the printer, finishing house, or designer. There are several different technologies used to laser-cut paper—each with benefits and disadvantages.

Our technology is optimal for :

• Press sheets up to 28” x 40”. We can cut anywhere on the sheet
• Thick paper stocks. Any thickness is possible
• Glossy, coated stocks
• Large, fine art pieces up to 6’ x 6’

Our capabilities are not optimal for :

• Very intricate cutting in a small area
• Light weight stocks
• Very tight registration to print
• Laser cutting over score lines, embossing, or foil stamping
• Cutting on foil board

For a successful project, it is important that you contact us as early as possible. Some papers laser-cut well, and others do not. We can test your paper, and make suggestions for best results. We also will refer you to a competitor if your project isn't a good match with our capabilities.
